A big hats off to Shaun Ivory
for this excellent wallpaper manager that blows away anything else
I've seen. It is small in size, packed with features, easy to use
and absolutely free! A must for any start menu.
(TIP: This is an older program and defaults to 256 color
dithering. Go to "Preferences/JPEG" and choose "No Dithering". This
greatly improves resolution with today's video cards)
