| The Hoop 'n Wink restaurant is located on highway 96 just north of Quincy, IL in Ursa, IL. It was named after Hoopie & Gwen Watkins in 1985 and is currently managed by daughter Susan Weyand. It's history goes back several generations and is still a favorite gathering place for folks who live and work in the Ursa area, as well as being a popular stop for those just passing through. Also, a clean relaxed atmosphere combined with good homestyle meals at a very fair price and friendly service make the Hoop 'n Wink worth the extra drive for folks outside the area. Their regular hours are 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Tuesday through Thursday, Saturday & Sunday and 6:00 am to 7:00 pm on Fridays (closed Mondays).
