A great free spyware/malware scanner:

This can disable things that should not be loading with Windows, however be VERY careful with what you delete:

A good rootkit remover from Kaspersky:

This works when nothing else will, and is my number one tool, but it has been known to break Windows if not used properly:

A good free real-time virus scanner:
